Pay per click Advertising Targeting by Channel

Targeted advertising can get your website in front of the right person at the right time. When creating your adverts you select Channels that best describe the contents of your PPC Advert and the web page where visitors will ultimately land when clicking on your Advert.

Choosing Channels is quick and easy and if your targeted PPC Adverts have the same Channel selection, you only need do this once as we have a handy "Copy Advert" tool which saves selecting Channels for every targeted PPC Advert you create.

For example

  • A Fashion clothing retailer may select "Handbags and Accessories" and "Designer and Vintage Clothing" so that their targeted PPC advertising appears on sites relevant to their market.
  • However, a Sports clothing retailer may choose the "Football" and "Basketball" Channels as they know their targeted PPC advertising will be seen by people interested in Sports, likely buyers of their products.

* Note: Channels vary from one geographical network to another and the above are examples only.

There is no restriction on the amount of Channels you can select for your campaign but selecting relevant Channels will help increase the performance of your targeted PPC advert.

Geographic targeting

Netklix is divided into several networks that cover geographical areas. Each network brings together Advertisers and Publishers by language and currency.

Your PPC advert will be displayed only on Publisher sites within the chosen network and if you are a multi-national Advertiser, you can have additional Accounts for each network you wish your targetted PPC advertising to appear on. For added convenience, you only need to sign-in once to have access to all of your Accounts.
